Russian confectioner Olga makes sweets that look like marbled mirrors. “It all began with my love for macarons,” she told Bored Panda. “Later I began to devote a lot of time to study confectionery arts. I really wanted to learn how to make European mousse cakes. My mirror glaze is the result of my experience.”

After this Bored Panda piece, Olga’s followers on Instagram grew from 15K to 350K+. “I am shocked! What can I reply?… My phone can’t deal with all the messages!… I have learnt the way people have got the information about me. First of all…[from] BoredPanda.com…I am grateful you referred to my Instagram and appreciated my works. I’m so flattered by such attention,” she wrote on her Instagram Another success story in the works!

For someone who is OCD like me, this is perfect. The only thing wrong with it is when they put berrys on it. It makes it look broken up.

How are the cakes made so smooth to begin with? Fondant or something similar?

It says pour over chocolate and beurre mix....what chocolate and buerre mix? I read it 3 times and I am apparently blind and stupid. I don't get it, but I like it.

Just beautiful, but do they taste good? The cakes the glaze is poured over don't look baked so I'm curious how they were made. Too perfect LOL

Has anyone tried? What is the consistency of the icing? Does it dry out quickly? Curious to try.

I believe beurre is butter, they left that out of the list of ingredients, but at the end mention pouring the hot mix over the chocolate and the beurre. So take that into consideration if you try to make this recipe.

I'd say you also need to frost the cake with a smooth finish to correct any existing imperfections ;)

I am making $70/hour working from home. I never thought that it was legitimate but my best friend is earning $10 thousand a month by working online, that was really surprising for me, she recommended me to try it.
