What started as an occasional oversight has turned into a full-blown family crisis, with blocked numbers, angry relatives, and even a threat of legal action.

Massive husband problem here - he is happy to have his son regularly in pain to keep his mother happy. Did someone forget to cut his umbilical cord?

I assume he doesn’t help out with their son. He doesn’t have to see him in pain or throwing up. He’s not there comforting him. It’s easy for husband to ignore the situation because it doesn’t affect him.
