Imagine slowly drifting off to sleep while all you hear is the crashing ocean waves and wind. The most fun part of all is that the water is directly underneath you as you’re laying on a specifically designed net suspended directly above it. It may all sound like a distant dream, but it is possible for merely $400 a night.

I'm so over all these "influencers", with their quasi artistic photographs and oh-you-caught-me-off-guard-but-not-really expressions. Get a fucking job. You don't need to be in the picture, and neither does your ass.
If only I could upvote this a million times.

you got more upvotes than this shitty post
I'll help.

So what that he mentioned it? We all could have made the same conclusion You don't know whether he has a job or not. Y'all get so upset over a simple post of a really cool hotel. It seems to me that people on the internet are always eager and ready to criticize or be snarky: for an example, companies who make bobby-pins. Do we have to investigate the company and see if we can bring down the CEO? Or just make mean, "funny" comments about people who wear them. Obviously, I picked bobby-pins as an example because it would be too petty, maybe.
Yes!!
Your comment has more than double the upvotes of the post itself, and rightfully so. I am so fed up with this "influencer" bullsh*t. I really don't get how they can make a living out of it.
Loki, I almost never use Instagram and I'm not big on social media. But I do subscribe to manatee magazines, and from Better Homes and Gardens, outside magazine and magazines like architectural digest. Even sometimes, but rare, in a foodie magazine.
Should have been many magazines, not manatee magazines.
It's not just for Instagram that people do things like this. I come from Texas, where the beautiful bluebonnets cover the grass all over the sides of the road. I don't know if still illegal to pick them. But crushing and destroying them is not illegal, even if it should be. People trespass on other people's properties, not only for the social media. They also do it just to take an artistic photo, for wedding photos, etc. They destroy tons of these beautiful flowers. So just to get upset about social media in general, is, in my humble opinion, a bit petty.
Envious much?

I mean, it's how they make their income and they're not really hurting anyone. (Except for the ones who think they're entitled to free things or do stupid stunts for clout) They're proud of their appearance, and they want to show it off. If you're not into it that's fine of course, but I think we should just let them do their thing.
@Alia, unfortunately some Influencers do exercise a considerable amount of power over destinations that people choose to visit. People see beautiful photographs of influencers in exotic locations and flock to them in huge numbers. This leads to areas that were once fairly pristine being overtaken by mounds of tourists. There have been articles in magazines and newspapers written on the adverse affect that Instagram influencers are having on historic monuments and national parks. Furthermore, some of the Influencers result to highly illegal or dangerous means to get their “perfect shot”. There have been numerous shots of influencers hiking/climbing the Haiku stairs in Hawaii, which has been illegal for quite some time. People say that it’s worth risking the insane fine, possible death by falling, being arrested for the opportunity. I call these people idiots and I love an adventure. Whelp, I suppose it is all for the “gram.”
Dear Bored Panda, I really love you art content, but articles like these make me cringe and want to hurl these so called influencers into the sea. I really hope a seagull poops on them... Please stop giving these people a platform. We want real travel photography not some vapid model staring wistfully into the distance.
And no more Disney characters either...
Oh, but the entirety of the Internet loves Disney Princesses whimsically reimagined as the Golden Girls or lukewarm bowls of water. 🙄

Bored Panda : exposing "influencers" sh#tty behaviours in an article, offering them a stand in another (plus disguised advertising for the hotel) ಠ_ಠ
I’m confused why they didn’t just say this is everyone’s dream or it looks enchanting. I think they’re trolling us
