Argenis Pinal, a makeup artist based in Temecula, California, doesn’t need a costume to look like a superhero – he uses his fantastic makeup and body paint skills to change his entire appearance. With the right lines and colors, he can become a zombie Wolverine, cyborg Superman, or any one of hundreds of other cool remixed superheroes that he loves to paint on himself.
He’s not just experienced with male characters – Pinal is so good that he can turn himself into a female superhero as well.

Not to be that nerd, but the character you identify as "Starfire" is actually Firestar, a Marvel character who is a member of the X-Men (although that particular costume was from her time as a member of the Avengers). Starfire is a DC character famous for being one of the Teen Titans.
