Guy Goes On Trip With All Girls Hoping To Have A Time Of His Life, Regrets It Immediately
Yeah we get it. Women are from Venus, men from Mars. Complex psychological differences blah blah. We have been over it a million times before and there’s nothing new out there that can possibly surprise us, right?
Right. It doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun with it though, does it? 20 year old Robbie Stowers from London, England, decided to do just that when thrown together randomly with a group of girls on a ski trip.
Being the observant type, he saw it as a unique opportunity to learn a little about the habits and idiosyncrasies of the girls from close up. Welcomed into the group, he began to document the things that the girls did which he, as a guy, found curious and interesting.
His observations, shared in short, witty tweets have quickly gone viral, clearly resonating with a lot of people. Whether you can relate or not, the Twitter thread is worth a read for it’s comedic value alone. Scroll down below to check it out!

Even though I m a girl , I haven't met girls who act like this. I feel I come from another world or something. Mine suits me better. If this was my life I would be going nuts.
As a girl same here, the only thing i can relate to is "hair everywhere"
Load More Replies...Dunno what's working up that chip on my shoulder more... a) stereotypical girls or b) boy who thinks it's funny to explore ordinary women's lives like a wildlife safari
and here we see the wild female homo sapien, also known as a "girl" in their natural environment.
Load More Replies...Nah, stereotypical girls. I don't wear make up, I don't giggle, go to parties or do other sh*t like that. I'm an individual, so obviously people think I'm weird. However, I'm fine with it, for I know that I'm weird and I think this is great. I don't give a damn about their opinion.
Yeah I’m really not anything like these girls either. Either I’m the odd one out, or Robbie likes to generalize way too much.
I agree. I'm a she, and I never wear so much makeup, or use other people deodorant or anything like this.
Load More Replies...I'm not really anything like those girls. Can somebody explain the chicken fillet thing, please?
As a girl, none of this sounds relatable to me, my female friends don't act like this either. And I agree with Emma that the "complex psychological differences" c**p was a dumb way to open this article. Men and women's minds are not inherently different, it's all down to socialization.
Oh, Robbie...everyone knows that "you never want to know how the sausage is made." OK, the phrasing was unfortunate, but the sentiment is still true
number 3 is totally me :D also have to admit i buy 'boys' deodorant because it indeed smells better
I buy old spice amber alert because it's my favorite and now I feel vindicated
Load More Replies...I'm a chick and any girls who act like this drive me nuts! I'd rather hang out with guys. More low key and relaxed. I don't care about clothes and make up.
Loved the organized clump of hair on the shower wall. I do that and am mortified when I forget it and someone else finds it! But better on the wall than in the drain :)
Robbie will now use the results from this scientific experiment to transform himself into the next Ryan Gosling...or decide he'd rather date men.
All you saying "pppffshaw, that's not me, stereotype much?". Have you MET some girls? This is not me either but it is definitely a subspecies of "girls"
Awesome... As a girl i support every single thing listed... And i'm intrigued to know how life for a girl would be with men... Lolzzz
Laughed at so many of these! My friends and I are like this. Even my family members can relate (my aunties can take 3 hours to get ready simply because of chit chat). There's a sense of silly youthful camaraderie that occurs with most of the above. I have no doubt it's superfluous to some, but coming from a lonely childhood, getting together with goofy girlfriends are some of my favorite nights. And side note - chicken cutlets (strapless sticky bras) are amazing for strapless tops!
Nowhere in here do I get the sense that he regrets it, immediately or otherwise.
A million comments of “I’m a girl and I’m not like that” in 3...2...1...
come on people, can't believe this needs trigger warning for some readers LOL it's kind of cute and harms no one, can't see the outrage really. Also, there's plenty of girls who hang out mostly with male friends, now if they wrote articles like this, about the (stereo)typical habitudes of boys seen from a puzzled researcher's perspective, it would be same as fun for everyone to read
What are these chicken Fillets that you don't eat??? This female has no idea.
Hair grips everywhere .... until you need one. Then they all scurry off to the same place as the missing sock
Hahaha this is great, boys always thinking being surrounded by girls is gonna be some sort of wild pleasurable and possibly sexual experience to be woken up by reality.
It literally takes me five minutes to do my makeup before I go out.
I usually pick out an outfit and stay in it. And I don't like other women borrowing my clothes. The extra bag of superfluous makeup is spot on though.
The part I agree with, with 3 teen daughters - one with waist length hair - is hair. EVERYWHERE
I roomed with the majorettes on band trips, and they had 50 bottles of "product" each, including leg makeup.
Wow, poor guy got stuck in the middle of a bunch of high maintenance girls. He needs an outing with some regular people.
He whines like a little boy...just remember son, you'll be begging these girls for sex one day...
I thought he really nailed number 13, the rest it's just generalizing whats it's like to be a girl.
Except for the tape on the boobs, yes, that's me. (if there's anyone out there who could pm me the steps of the tape thing... 😆)
This was just about the most boring thread on BP EVER, because every single guy who isn't completely socially absent or inadequate will experience almost all of these "oh my god girls do that for real?" situations until they're, say, 23. Or maybe when they're 16, because they go on a holiday trip with their (ohmygosh FEMALE) friends. But hey, it's the twitter era, so everything has to be NEWS LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.
I may be from a different generation, however, it was the best believe me. Not every thing is relevant.
My absolute nightmare that. I am a woman and I would never go on an outing like that. No way. Nah ah. No thanks!
I'll admit that my hair is EVERYWHERE and so are my hair ties but that's about all I can relate to. Poor Robbie, LOL.
Any bets what Robbie would say about girls who don't wear make-up and sexy clothing?
As a girl none of these are true (except the hair everywhere) . But i'm not sure if the world is ready for the idea that not all girls are the same.
As a guy I can assure you that countless girls are really like this.
Load More Replies...The only thing he learned is what THIS group of people were like, not what all girls/women are like (all girls/women, everywhere, and throughout time are like this?.....Really?) I would stick a needle in my eye if I had to spend more than two days with anyone like this group of people, be they a group of men or women.
The hair, makeup, and cloth thing is true. What bother me is the fact that they take his deodorant for their use. Yes, men’s deodorant does smell better, but it doesn’t give you the right to use it
Robbie.... this is all true. Every word of it! Well done young man. Things which seem so obvious to us.... thank you for educating men all over the world! Xx
That last part may be true, but I looked at this with my friends and we agreed we felt like we identified with 10 of these points, so there are things that are common in a female daily lifestyle
