Leslie Mann, 54, And Anna Faris, 49, Flaunt Insane Bikini Bodies With ‘Spa Weekend’ Co-Stars

Leslie Mann and Anna Faris are proving that a girl’s getaway does not always need a spa robe.

The actresses recently slipped into bikinis with their “Spa Weekend” co-stars Isla Fisher and Michelle Buteau, and the four looked like they were having the time of their lives.

Their playful Instagram video quickly caught fans’ attention, with one joking, “You guys look so good I thought this was AI for a sec LOL!”

The bikini moment came as the stars promoted their new comedy, Spa Weekend,which follows four longtime friends who escape their busy lives for a chaotic weekend at a luxury resort.

On August 20, Mann, Faris, Fisher, and Buteau appeared together in a short Instagram video Buteau shared.

Mann kept things simple in a black bikini, while Faris wore a blue-and-brown striped Zimmermann two-piece.

Fisher went for a much louder look, wearing a pink-and-violet Camilla one-piece covered in leopard and floral prints.

She also wore her hair in pigtails and jumped into her co-stars’ arms during the clip.

Buteau appeared at the end in a bright cobalt swimsuit.

The post was captioned, “best friends, bathing suits & bad decisions! @spaweekendmovie serves up all the chaos you need! #spaweekendmovie in theaters August 21st!”

Fans immediately loved seeing the four actresses together.

Jenni “JWoww” Farley commented, “Whatever this is… I f—king love it lol.”

Singer JoJo Levesque was equally excited, writing, “This is so f—king weird, and I am OBSESSED.”

Another fan wrote, “This is a spa weekend I would gladly attend.”

Someone else commented, “Bodies are Bodying.”

A third fan added, “This is GOLD! You are all icons!!

Just three days earlier, on August 17, the four stars were photographed walking around New York City in plush white robes.

The bikini video makes sense when you look at what Spa Weekend is actually about.

The comedy follows four lifelong friends who realize that their careers, relationships, families, and everyday responsibilities have left them with very little time for themselves or each other.

They decide to escape to a luxury spa resort for a weekend meant to help them relax.

However, things do not go according to plan.

The official movie synopsis describes the trip as “an unforgettable weekend dedicated to fun, laughter, and a lot of really bad decisions.”

Faris told People on August 22 that the idea of getting away with female friends feels almost like a fantasy at this stage of her life.

“We’re at a time in our lives where there isn’t room for nurturing female friendships,” she said.

The actress, who shares her 13-year-old son Jack with ex-husband Chris Pratt, joked that she sometimes wants to tell her friends, “Can I hang out with you in a decade when the kid graduates?”

She described the reality of parenting in much simpler terms, “The basketball game. The dentist. It’s all right here.”

Fisher, who has separated from her ex-husband Sacha Baron Cohen, had a very different response

“I mean, speak for yourself,” she joked. “I’m divorced, so all I do is see friends!”

Faris said she hopes the movie reminds people about the importance of their friendships.

“I’ll take the value of these friendships with me,” she said.

She also praised the experience of working with Mann, Fisher, and Buteau.

“I’m glad that we were kind of at a certain age in life when we were able to really recognize and really appreciate how special it was to get to act together,” Faris said.

Fisher is already hoping they can do it again.

“I really hope we get to make another one,” she said. “I just love to work with you girls.”

Faris then joked, “Dear Diary, I think the ladies finally like me.”

Mann also spoke about the movie and its message that women need to give themselves a break

During an interview with Harper’s Bazaar on August 21, Mann shared that Spa Weekend’s story hits on something many women can relate to.

“Women really want to get away and take a break,” Mann said. “We need a break!!! And women don’t give themselves enough of a break.”

She also had a very funny suggestion for women who feel like they are constantly doing everything themselves.

“A solution for that, a way to find a little work-life balance, is to act like you don’t know how to do things so that other people will do them,” she said.

Mann then brought up her husband, filmmaker Judd Apatow, as an example.

“My husband [Judd Apatow] will go into the kitchen and pretend like he can’t find anything, and I just do it…and I realize that’s a scam,” she joked.

“He just doesn’t want to do it!”
