Our team here at Bored Panda has collected some great moments of people accidentally spotting their doppelgangers, interacting with their lookalikes, and documenting those rare moments that the Matrix’s programming makes doubles when it thinks nobody’s looking. Bored Panda was interested to learn more about why we're so fascinated by doppelgangers, so we reached out to Freddy Slivinski, the creator of the popular Same de la Same project on Instagram that celebrates people who are celebrity lookalikes. Freddy firmly believes that seeing your double with your own two eyes "is the most surprising thing that can happen to a person" while looking like a celebrity can absolutely change your life in very positive ways.
