This Guy Cannot Get Enough Of His Instant Pot That He Got As A Gift From Complete Stranger
Sometimes internet can be a magical place. Total strangers can get together and do wonderful things. One internet user recently shared a wholesome and heartwarming story about receiving a gift from a total stranger. Another user under name A**holesFullofElbows recently posted a suggestion if someone would be interested in him posting cheap recipes. Adrianoftherocks was one of the many who responded. Later in his post he said ” I was one of the many interested people, partly (mostly) because I’m poor and partly because I just recently started to get into the world of cooking.”
Recently, one internet user asked if Imgur would be interested in him posting cheap recipes and Adrianontherocks was one of the many who responded

When something unexpected happen and the stranger offered him an instant pot as a gift
“Message him, I did. Intrigued, I was. How sure was I that this wasn’t someone trying to kill me? Very, considering that he insisted I find an address other than my home for him to send it to. So I got a giant-a** box delivered to my work. I bring it home, and not only did this A**hole (I say that with affection since its part of his username) buy me an instant pot but he had it gift wrapped too.”
“This guy is NOT my secret Santa. Just a really nice person, apparently”

“There was a giant box, and this smaller box inside the giant box. This sh*t looks fancy.”

“There’s so much reading material here. I’m a little intimidated. I’m definitely reading the user manual before I touch the machine.”

“Banana for scale, of course. This is a rather large banana, too.”

“All this stuff was inside it. My gift ended up being like twelve gifts.”

“Here I am, being a responsible adult and reading the user’s manual. Time to do the initial test.”

“My other cat decided he wanted attention while I was sitting on the kitchen floor reading the manual.”

“So I have no idea why he did this for me, but I can only assume part of it must be because he has a big heart”

“I am extremely grateful; his only request is that I pay it forward in the future, which I fully intend to do. I’m definitely signing up to be a backup secret Santa this year- while I may not be able to buy someone something expensive I am somewhat crafty and will be able to make something cool!”
Of course, Adrianontherocks shared the first meal that he cooked with a gift and also encouraged people to go and take a look at A**holesFullofElbows recipes

“As far as I know he [A**holesFullofElbows] plans to post recipes every Monday, or at least once a week anyway. Everyone go check out his stuff and give him some fake internet points. It’s the least he deserves,” Adrianontherocks added.

Load More Replies...I don't know about anyone else but I spent a short while confused that the Instant Pot had turned out to be cat - I didn't know cats were good at cooking!
Just one of the literally thousands of ways you can make "Chicken and Rice"
I found a great Indian recipe for lemon rice with peas from a '60s yoga cookbook, and it's quick and cheap - I need to go dig that out. Yummy!
Load More Replies...I need one of these...I bet they are expensive if they are worth it :)
There $99 on Amazon... but my family has one and they are most definitely worth it! If you want to cook chicken, for example, you can go from frozen chicken to pulled chicken (or anywhere in between) in less than an hour.
