I Create Digital Manipulations Inspired By Popular Idioms

I graduated in 2009 with a BA in elementary education, special education, and an endorsement as a reading specialist. I quickly discovered that my passion was in the arts, (specifically creative photography), so made a change in my career. I now specialize in children's creative portraits, while mentoring and teaching others to do the same.

In this photo series, I have incorporated my love of teaching with my love of photography art. I was able to teach my children (whom at a young age tend to take everything we adults say literally) all about popular idioms and their hidden meanings.

As you can tell from the creative photos, they are characters and had a blast creating these photo manipulations on popular sayings with me.
