Hi! My name is Polona and I love to paint animals! Two years ago, I started painting pets on mugs and I figured, this is the thing I really want to do!
In the beginning, I was painting beautiful landscapes, forests, and meadows with moon and stars. But one day, I lost my beloved squirrel. I was heartbroken, so I decided to make a beautiful memorial of her on a ceramic coffee mug. I hand painted her and her sisters sitting between plants and pine trees in the night scene with full moon and starry sky. Looking at their cute little faces every day while drinking coffee kind of helped me to heal my heart.
I thought that this would make a wonderful gift for any pet owner. So I just showed it to the world! Because of so many beautiful responses I get from my customers, I have many more reasons to continue with my work. Seeing how I make someone else happy with my art pieces makes my heart so grateful.
I just wish I could see my customers while they are unwrapping their packages.

They're beautiful!!! I recently lost my beloved Tiny. She was the spark in my life that made my creativity blossom. My baby girl was sadly attacked on the 13th of February this year by two German Shepherds. She died the next morning, she died on Valentine's Day. My heart is broken and I just can't stop thinking about my dear Tiny. I wish I could have her back, I would give anything for her back, but sadly she's gone. Gone for life. All because some stupid dumb*ss couldn't be bothered to put his dogs on a leash before taking them for a walk!!! And I'm not even done yet!!! He had the AUDACITY to say to me (I will never forgot the tone in which he said this) 'Well, any REASONABLE cat owner wouldn't let it out at this hour of the night!' I wish I had just said something to him, instead I stood there, in complete shock. I couldn't believe someone could even bring themselves to say that when they just let their dogs MURDER an innocent creature when they're on their own property. Sick.
I'm soo so sorry to hear that... It makes me cry reading this :( I'm very sorry for your loss I know how it is to lose beloved pet... But your story... this is just sad and awful :(
