What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?
If you took a flying squirrel and chucked it off a building (towards the ground) would it go straight up when it opened it's wings (would they be a parachute?) or would it fly horizontally?
It would die because you threw it at the ground and that's not how they take off but for arguments sake they would glide horizontally losing height the further they glide. They do this from tree to tree

If you're in a vehicle traveling at the speed of light and you turn the headlights on, do they do anything?
E=MC2 says you will never reach the speed of light due to time being relative the faster you go the faster it goes. I probably have this wrong (I'm not a science teacher) but I believe if you could theoretically get to that speed then the light would be faster due to relativity, you would see it but not somebody standing still outside the vehicle. Like when you are on a train and everything is going slowly by but the train is flying along from the outside, something like that anyway
