For me, it’s the primordial pouch. That lil belly on your cat essentially protects their organs when they run and fight (not an “actual” fact but theorised by a lot of scientists.
Makes me feel better about my own belly tbh.
For me, it's a tie between these two: (1) a cat's purr can heal other creatures and (2) the average cat's sense of smell is more sensitive than the average dog's sense of smell. Cats have a much higher amount than dogs have of the scent receptor which allows a creature to distinguish between scents. For ease of understanding, humans possess only two of these scent receptors, dogs have nine, and cats have an astonishing thirty. Additionally, cats have a special organ called Jacobson's Organ which exists in their nasal cavity and opens up in their mouth. If you've ever seen a cat smell something with their mouth slightly open, they are using this special organ to process a scent.
