Anyone have/seen any great thrift store finds? Can also be from a garage sale, attic, etc.

I got a big, wooden bread box with a bottom and top drawer that fits most of my art supplies just right. And I'm in the process of painting it.

We also got brand new, well-made mattresses at a The Salvation Army. Apparently mattress stores can't sell the ones they had on their display floors so they donate them. From my understanding, anyway.

I got my new mattress at the Salvos too. Wish I'd picked the one with the topper on it though :) The Salvos get quite a few brand new corporate donations because they are over stocked.

An antique magnifying glass that looks like something Enola Holmes would use.

Once my family got a total of 6 pairs of earphones for 1.50, perfect because they might not be airpods but I really needed some headphones and these were pretty cheap. I still have them now, although my cats bit through the cords on a couple of them

A "Pearl Blue" 1950's luggage set. It came with the main suitcase, a cosmetics case, and a hat box. I bought it, cleaned it, replaced the water stained silk lining nad pockets, and repainted it the same color. Its absolutely Gorgeous.
