THISSSSS. I don't even know how I started but I'll be talking to my mom on the phone or one of my friends and just be like, "I don't know man." or "Bruh, I can't believe that". It startles me everytime. I also say "straight up" and "no cap" obsessively. I don't know what's wrong with me lololol

I'm a boomer (with no kids) and I am so glad that we didn't have the kind of pressure that the young ones have now -- to try drugs, to have sex, to drink, to get dared to engage in all sorts of self destructive behaviors that we never even dreamed about! Dealing with all of that, plus raging hormones, is almost too much. I hope you all have reliable mentors, counselors, or parents to lean on.
