Hello! I’m Vin, my pronouns are they/them, and I’m agender. This basically means I don’t have a gender, there’s not really one I identify with. I am an amateur musician. I play the guitar, ukulele, clarinet and bass clarinet, and piano, and I’m starting on the tenor sax this month! I have three pets: a pit bull/border collie/lab mix with anxiety, a chunky longhaired chihuahua who’s constantly cranky, and a ginger cat who looks like a stripey loaf of bread. I struggle with general anxiety, social anxiety, and ADHD (mixed presentation, hyperactivity and focus) but I’ve been going to therapy for it and it’s really helped me. I try to go through life with an optimistic point of view, but it gets hard when everything seems to be against me. I’m a Christian- (yes, a queer Christian, we do exist!) but I don’t tolerate the hatred against the LGBTQ+ community that I often see at church. I love learning about different people’s points of view and sometimes I write and character-build to try and show others my own point of view. I’m also a Hufflepuff! (haha that was random) I hope everyone who’s reading this is having a great day! :D
So I'm a girl, I'm still in school, and I like lots of different things.
I like to draw, paint, I play the guitar, flute and veena (I'm Indian) and like to dabble in the keyboard. I think of myself as a pretty good singer (not to toot my own horn).
I also love to read! I mostly read fiction and I am currently obsessed with the Shadowhunter Chronicles. The one thing I really can't do is dance, I look like a duck :P
I also speak kannada. Any other panda out there who does?
Now for some random Info:
I'm extremely shy (and used to think I was introverted) but an extrovert. I'm an ENFP (MBTI personality) and I recently found out I have Aphantasia, which is a condition where you can't see images in your mind (it was truly a shock to find that others could!) though somehow I still dream in full images. Also I'm a Hufflepuff.
I'm Deutschland Mädchen (Bri) and I love writing, reading (always looking for recommendations), contortion (not the dislocation kind though), learning and studying languages, Marvel, and random trivia.
I did band for two years, playing the flute for one year and the clarinet for the next. I've been playing piano since I was eight and love it. I compose some of my own music on Noteflight.
I love meatballs! ❤ And Italian food in general.
I love meeting new people and making new friends, but I'm really shy irl so I'm often too scared to approach anyone.
I love lyrical and contemporary dance.
My favorite candies are Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish, though I really love York's as well.... and peppermints and chocolate bars and caramel and now I really want candy...
