Hey Pandas: How Do I Get The People Who Run Bored Panda To Change This?
I would really like Bored Panda to change how they show us our notifications. I am much more interested in whether someone replied to my comment than whether it got one or 10 upvotes.
Is there a way to get the notifications to ONLY show the responses and not the upvotes?
Don't get me wrong, I like the validation of someone agreeing with me, but I want to see the responses much more than the notifications of someone agreeing with me.
I've emailed Bored Panda about this with an edited screenshot from another website that does notifications in a much more logical way (meaning I get to pick if I get notifications on upvotes or not) but that was back in November and they haven't really responded.
I doubt I am the only one who doesn't want notifications about upvotes, but I don't know how to get BP to take my suggestion seriously and change the options for us Pandas.

you click notificatons and then the little gear in the top left corner and you can change what you get notifications for.
Thanks for your reply! I know how to choose which things I get notifications for, I’d like to have the option to not get notifications when my comments get upvotes. I’m 1 million % more interested in a notification about a reply to my comment than I am in whether it got upvoted! As far as I know there is not an option to uncheck a box about upvote notifications.
