100 Hysterical Moments When People Got Scared To Death At A Haunted House, Caught By A Secret Cam
If a haunted house proudly calls itself a 'fear factory', it'd better have evidence to support such a ballsy claim. Oh, it does? Well then... Bored Panda has collected pictures from strategically placed secret cameras in Nightmares Fear Factory in Niagara Falls, Canada, and they perfectly immortalize the many hilarious faces of terror.
From making a choo-choo train of horror to a dad using his son as a human-shield, these guests will definitely reserve a spot for this spooky place in their nightmares for the rest of their lives. Everyone is wondering what the hell these petrified people are looking at, but if you want to know, you'll have to visit the site yourself. And if you pee your pants before the route ends, just yell "Nightmares!" at any time and you will be safely escorted out. This cowardly act, however, will earn you a post on the 'Chicken List' that already has over well over 147K names on it.

I just love how he holds those religious beads.... But i bet he just lost all his faith in all that is good and pure and no so god damn scary xD
Have you ever been so scared you went full Sonic? He even is kinda blue.
He seems distracted... he's not scared, he's just" did we let the oven on before we left? "
I think I'm more alarmed by the fact that a human mouth can take that shape than anything in a haunted house.
These seem like statues made by the White Witch in Narnia, frozen with fear.
Holding her hair as she follows behind? That seems pretty awful! One freaks and jumps and someone loses a handful of hair! lol
tall guy on the left side, me when the waitress brings the food. Small guy on the right side, me when i found a bug in the food.
First gut is reacting as the second angry guy is punching the last guy in the head.
Dark blue shirt - Jim Carrey wannabe? That's a pretty good imitation.
I'd love to see how tough these guys looked after this, once outside on the street. How long did they take to regain their composure. This looked like it really got them good.
Thats it dad!! Climbing on your kids shoulders for him to protect you from the monster!! haha
Ok, just stand back and let him experience this by himself. Trust me, hehe, I'm a pro at this kind of thing.
Yeah Dad, I think we'll just go back to our scary video games. This is kind of lame. But good try though.
the guy looks like he wants to eat whatever is coming after them xD
Whatever is scaring them, dentists need this as well. He opened his mouth so wide i can see his trachea .
So funny there are so many pictures of guys all lined up holding each other HAHAHA
Someone needs to edit this so it looks like he’s holding a steel chair, WWE-style
I wonder if the flash of this camera ruined this guy's attempt at a photo of what the heck was going on here?
the first guy is totally cool. The girl looks a little freaked and then the last guy looks even more. They go up in stages... XD
The guy on the far left looks like he's saying "OH MA GOWD, wHo was the last person in this bathroom stall man?" The girl in the middle "Uh, idk and idc lets just go." the guy on the far right "Guys relax........ he just took a huge s**t, thats all" *All cringing forever*
I bet outside of the haunted house these are the "tough guys" in high school.
When mom gets home after a long day and the rest of the family forgot to get the damn chicken out of the freezer.
Aww, it must be something really loud. This is the 2nd young person who has covered their ears.
Levels of fear, from left to right: •"Nonono I can't look!" •"AHHHH jeez that scared me!" •"WHAT the HECK is THAT???!?!?!?!?" •"Wow, that'll scar me for life."
One on far left looks like Babette from Gilmore girls always going but now she’s thinking:oh for the lord of sugar
That awkward moment where your gf grabs her friends bf instead of you
NOOO Becky, just look away. There's a huge shoe sale over there and I'll be darned if you get anywhere near it. Just keep your eyes averted! It's just better this way.
Why do people always either crouch or jump when they get scared? What's wrong with good ol' standing straight?
Thanks for helping me put on my jacket...I like pizza...I LIKE IT>..
The OLDER cast of Jersey Shore watching re-runs of the show.....
Going dressed like that with name tags and things on their heads, they deserve to be scared xD
I especially like the ones where the menfolk are holding their loved ones in front of themselves for self preservation. Take her first!
Or the women are doing the same thing to the dudes.
Load More Replies...When I'd been to the haunted house , the guy(stranger) in front of me thought I was his cousin/friend (idk) and tried to scare me , I was already horrified and this just made me even more scared ...I pushed that guy so hard that he fell on the person acting as the ghost , and all of us were screaming (even the ghost) until people came and led us out 😂😂😂😂 Needless to say , I never go to haunted houses from that day onwards
Wish I'd been there. I would still be laughing to this day
Load More Replies...Come on, show us what is scaring the bejeesuz out of these people. You say it's from strategically placed cameras (plural) but it looks as if all the pictures were taken at the same point in the haunted house, so it must be quite a scene. It was rather cruel to say we have to travel to Canada to see, since that's patently impossible for most of us. So, please let us see it--or at least give us a written description..
I heard about this place years ago on a message board and as we were all laughing, someone asked this and the common answer I've always found is you go from like pitch black to looking like a car is barreling right towards you. Strangers on the internet never lie! (ps someone already on here said it's a car coming at you, so take the chance to believe that's the answer ???)
Load More Replies...Its also an interesting study in psychology. The reaction to fear and surprise and revulsion is very strong, even if you know it's coming. Interesting to see how many couples react, some of the men are in a protective mode, some are hiding behind or leaving their partner behind.
They all go in thinking "Nothing can scare me." Guess again.
Load More Replies...The comments are funnier than the actual pictures. I'm lying in bed, at my laptop, trying not to burst out laughing at 2 am
i agree. it matches perfectly with the pictures

EXCUSE ME...I PEEEEDDDD IN MY PANTS BECAUSE I WAS LAUGHING SO MUCH...AND I AM OLD...LOL
We have one of these in Queenstown (NZ). It was a fun and scary experience but they do tell you to walk like that (with your hands on the person in front's shoulders) - maybe makes for a better photo or maybe because it's pitch black and they don't want you to trip. The photos from our session looked pretty similar - love it.
l suspect a few brown stripes in undies after those scares..chuckles..
This article has a little bit of info about what they're seeing: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/travel/travel_news/article-2783951/Hilarious-photos-capture-terrified-faces-Nightmares-Fear-Factory.html In summary, they use "actors, noises and spooky lighting" through a 10-15 minute tour of a supposed coffin factory which includes "a shaky drawbridge, a moment when it feels like the walls are closing in and [a] narrow tunnel which must be crawled through". Visitors "can watch the reactions of others on screens in the lobby" but obviously they still get scared despite the warning. (There is also a safe word for being escorted out early.) I'm definitely still curious though.
BS! 99% of all so-called haunted houses aren't scary at all. Just comical.
See how ppl hold on to each other especially dude-dude, black-white when facing danger is so nice.
Omg, I don't know what those people saw that was so frightening, but their "googly" eyes are priceless!
I'm with Claudio . What did they see ? How can you evaluate fright by half a picture ?
Ι didn't find it hilarious... these people were scared sh*tless! You can see the agony in their eyes! Wouldn't want to be in their shoes, even in a controlled environment, where I know that what I see is not real :/
But they wanted, as they willingly stepped into haunted house where the idea is to be safely scared shitless (if it's a good one)
