Depends. Interventional Radiologists do. Reading radiologists don't, but they also make far less money and are perhaps first on the block to get replaced if someone ever insures an AI.

That may often be the case, but in general, I don't think that either one's position shall be dismissed. The Doc is the pro who knows stuff and is allowed to initiate treatment. The patient knows themself, their diseases and preconditions and medical history, and is the one who has to accept the treatment, and live with whatever results it has. If there's, for example, two promising approaches to fix something, each having comparable side effects, the side effect bothering that very patient less could be the best aide in deciding. The Doc doesn't know that, the patient, likely, does.

The best majority of people that use comparative terms fail to understand that comparison requires metrics and context. In most cases p people have assumed that every one uses the same metrics, which is almost always false.

There is no reason to value them. College graduates have become a dime a dozen and are no longer coming out of school with skills relevant to the workplace. Mostly these kids are being taken advantage of by schools selling over p priced degrees to people who were raised by financially illiterate parents.

Proper forest management allows sustainable logging. While the rain forest does provide lumber, most of the destruction is the slash and burning of the jungle for crops. Once the soil nutrients have been depleted, the soil becomes useless and does not grow new rain forest. That's not a lumber issue.

Yeah, but, you have to understand that Europeans and Americans need to eat so much meat that it makes them sick. That requires a vast amount of food to be fed, and one is never allowed to state ethically relevant objections that could be critical of meat consumption.
