In Fast & Furious 6 when Tyrese says “Mia you better hide your baby oil” and the Rock responds with the improvised line “You better hide that big a*s forehead”
On Season 2 Ep. 6 of Parks & Rec, Chris Pratt's character Andy is supposed to show up at his ex-girlfriend Ann's (Rashida Jones) house naked. Apparently he wasn't getting the response he wanted, so decided to go fully nude instead of wearing the beige underwear he'd had on before. When Amy Poehler's character Leslie answers the door, the scene shows her actual response to Chris Pratt's penis.
On another episode of Parks & Rec, Pratt ad-libbed this line:
Andy Dwyer : [Leslie is sick] Leslie, I typed your symptoms into the thing up here, and it says you could have network connectivity problems.
