Police officers from San Antonio (Texas, USA) received a call that there was an animal in the middle of the road. The employees answered the call and went to the specified location. The creature they found there shocked them because it was more like a ball of dirty wool than anything alive. It was a dog, a beautiful spaniel dog.

There are no words suitable for this level of neglect and cruelty. I'm happy that the dog was rescued, cared for and is now safely away from its' former "owner". There's a special level in the afterlife for these morons.
