Back in 2016, Chris Burr Martin went viral for an epic parenting move.
Instead of grounding his daughter for posting racy selfies, he decided to fight fire with fire or, more accurately, racy selfies with hilarious, dad-joke-style recreations.
This epic trolling earned him over 60k followers and remains one of the internet's favorite examples of 'dad humor.'

OK, brace yourselves fur a rant. I HATE that vacuous, baby-girl look! I've yet to see a woman ever naturally strike this pose. It seems to be a 'looking dopey = sexy = LIKES' thing. I miss people just being themselves. There's no self respect in faking dopiness for attention. And the Dad's pic illustrates just how silly it looks!

Wow people, you all sound bitter and jealous of this young beautiful "lady"! She isn't a child, she's reached her 20's, and both her and her dad are in good relationship, it's more done for a joke and followers, on the father's part. I'm not a fan of the pout/duck lips look, and I have never enjoyed my picture being taken. It's a whole new generation with kids basically being born with cell phones in their hands, that just so happens to have built in camera's. The new generation uses these cell cams to take selfies, and practise to get nice/pretty pics of themselves. That's just the way it is now adays. Wouldn't it be better for the young female generation to feel confident about themselves in their appearance, rather than self loathing themselves and their body's? My generation of girls disliked who they were in appearance, resulting in some of them taking their own lives :( . Looks definitely aren't everything, but when we see a young person feeling good about themselves, that's good

In my opinion, these selfies are not so much "racy" as they are an indicator of today's youth. Although her father is rather funny, the young woman herself does not seem like a s**t, a whore, or any other derogatory term. She has great skill with makeup and photo set up, and hopefully she will be able to use that later to take even better photos.

Guys, I think you need to re-evaluate here. She's not pretentious or a brat, she's like any of the other million people out there who take selfies. Furthermore, he's teaching her lesson? Judging by her tattoos she's certainly not a child anymore. She's a fully grown adult and does not anyone telling what she can and cannot post. Particularly because A) most of these pics aren't just provocative selfies, some are just the normal ones or silly faces too. And B) Who the f**k cares if she's posting sexy selfies, she's a grown up woman who has every right to express body confidence and sexuality as she pleases. Heck, its not different to all the topless gym selfies from fitness dudes! So she doesn't need to be taught "manners" when she's an adult! Now, I am fully aware this all might be a satire, and the dad's selfies are funny as! But just remember the message is all, she's not some teenage girl.

I think it's a tad creepy that her dad looked through her pictures. And well except for the first few extremely showy photos I thought the rest were cute. And by the end the ones that the dad did were actually nice. The last ones are the keepers. That's where they look like father and daughter. The beginning is pretty creepy.

Sorry but I find it wrong to publicly embarrass your children. I feel you want to handle a problem then handle it in privacy and be a parent, not a scar. If you have to embarrass them on media in front of a bunch of strangers, then you show you are someone who like to bully a kid, much less your own. A parent can fun doing better ways to teach the children than to publicly do something like this. It is a childish way to act that most parents will teach their kids not to do yet a grown man does this to his own child. All it will do is Kaleb her spiteful am duchess think of a reason to humiliate other people. And she will be bratty and a bully just to get back at her dad. You can punish someone without humiliation for strangers to watch and laugh at your children worldwide. It's not necessary to scar them in such a way. If you have to embarrass them on media in front of a bunch of strangers, then you show you are someone who like to bully a kid, much less your own. A parent can fun doing better ways to teach the children than to publicly do something like this. It is a childish way to act that most parents will teach their kids not to do yet a grown man does this to his own child. All it will do is Kaleb her spiteful am duchess think of a reason to humiliate other people. And she will be bratty and a bully just to get back at her dad. You can punish someone without humiliation for strangers to watch and laugh at your children worldwide. It's not necessary to scar them in such a way. I'm glad my father had more respect and honor for thamselves and us children not to do such thing. I became respectful to them and others with such ridiculous nonsense.

I hope it's just their way of fun and he isn't publicly shaming ge daughter. I could understand that. But I don't know the either of them and therefore their can't be judgment. Nobody else would like to be judge by people who they don't know or be judged by people who don't know them.

Guys, I think you need to re-evaluate here. She's not pretentious or a brat, she's like any of the other million people out there who take selfies. Furthermore, he's teaching her lesson? Judging by her tattoos she's certainly not a child anymore. She's a fully grown adult and does not anyone telling what she can and cannot post. Particularly because A) most of these pics aren't just provocative selfies, some are just the normal ones or silly faces too. And B) Who the f**k cares if she's posting sexy selfies, she's a grown up woman who has every right to express body confidence and sexuality as she pleases. Heck, its not different to all the topless gym selfies from fitness dudes! So she doesn't need to be taught "manners" when she's an adult!
