Seriously? You wanted the word "hashtag" and not the hashtag itself? Also "coat hanger" was wrong?

Also, it's a 'Hash'. It's only a 'Hashtag' when used for the purpose of 'tagging' subjects/threads on online platforms.

20/20 vision doesn't have anything to do with colors.

Also, one's pattern-recognition is not only dependent on seeing the colour separation. I could see them all fine but struggled to know what they were supposed to be in a couple of them, like the chair, which they had to outline in black in the 'answer' , the apple, couple of others.

I thought maybe a lion? But I put chair at first just because. And I was right, Lucky guess. But hashtag symbol, not the word? It asked for the symbol, not the word for the symbol. I call bs.

I see that a number of people had issues with #6. My issue with it is that for people of my generation (I'm 61), that is a "Pound Sign." That was listed as wrong. Also, it's proper name is "Octothorpe", which was also marked as wrong.

To me the Apple looked rather like a pepper and then I typed the #. I had to really think, what this could be. I then thought pfund, but just decide to press the guess.

So, I actually ***am*** red-green colour deficient, and as a result I got a 14 and the exhortation to "test my eyes again" with another site. It would have been far more informative to have something like, "someone with blue-yellow deficiency will see x" (or "won't see y") to know why some of these were actual tests. It's not whether the "guess" is right or wrong, it's what the Ishihara colour plates show.

The title is incorrect. A test for color blindness has nothing to do with 20/20 vision.

Q6. The symbol is a "hash", as hashtag is a word starting with a hash indicating it is a tag. Typing the symbol itself or hash should have been correct. Q16. Coat hanger is what we call them. And colourblindness has nothing to do with having 20/20 vision.
