Boy Wanted To Be Elsa For Halloween And His Dad Had The Best Response Possible
If you had to guess what a three-year-old boy might want to dress up as for Halloween, your first guess might not be ‘Elsa’ from Disney’s Frozen, but that’s exactly what little Caiden wants to be – and his dad is totally OK with that.
“Halloween is about children pretending to be their favorite characters. Just so happens, this week his is a princess,” wrote Caiden’s father, Paul Henson, in a Facebook post. He also had a few choice words for anyone who thinks that boys can’t dress up as princesses for Halloween; “Keep your masculine bulls**t and slutty kids costumes.”

“We generally let Caiden make his own choices, to an extent… Well, he has decided… to be Elsa”
“He also wants me to be Anna”
“Keep your masculine bullshit and slutty kids costumes, Halloween is about children pretending to be their favorite characters”
“Just so happens, this week [he] is a princess”

Real men show kindness to their kids and wear bad wigs to make them happy! Kudos !!!
it's so cool people is finally starting to leave behind gender standarts in little (no insignificant though) acts like this everyday.
brilliant. be who you want to be, be who your kids want you to be and be happy x
My only problem with this is - I wanted to see a photo of the dad as Anna - what a letdown. Go Caiden!
That is what Halloween is about, one year I was the grim reaper.........-_-, then the next year, a zombie, and I am hoping to be a female version of the joker this year ><. You Rock little kid! and the dad!
Life is not a rehearsal so take every experience, grasp it tightly and run with it xx Good on you Caiden xx
If I wasn't about lose my afterlife, from that, I wouldn't mind doing the stuff, but when or if I have children, I plan on well, keeping my mouth shut until they discover the biblical truth about certain things, like crossdressing is an abomination and abomination means unforgivable, well, unforgivable to a certain extent, meaning, if you never fully accept jesus christ as your lord and savior and never been baptized(being ignorant), you can crossdress, and if you do fully accept jesus christ as your lord and savior but haven't been baptized you still can crossdress, but as long as you repent the sin itself. after you had you fill. But if you fully accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior and have been baptized, you can no longer do the unforgivable sin, which is cross-dressing according to Deuternomy 22:5. I'm sticking with that story from now, until the day I die, which if I don't get over this bronchitis, might be soon, yes, I don't have the money to go to the doctor.
How is this news? My son wanted to be Elsa too. I'm not a clickbait hero. I just let my kids be happy.
Way to support your child! Kids need love, not someone to tell them how to feel.
Love this Dad. My hubby was 6'3" and dressed as a woman more than once. He was the life of the party, and very masculine. Cross dressing as a habit does not mean gay. It is simply something certain men like to do. No harm.
I'd really like to see Dad in his Anna costume too though! My own little son of four loves to play ninja in a flowery dress, and to pretend to be a giant crushing cars under a full skirt. Gender bending is inborn in every person, I think. Its upbringing or peer pressure among kids that ruins it.
Elsa is an intelligent wise , powerful and loving character. Good choice.
What a loving Dad....totally gets what Halloween is about for a kid...Kudos!
I sure hope they post photos of how it all turns out. I would love to see it.
dads do dad things, this is a dad thing. when he wants to do other things do that too. keep being you and hopefully that child will be a better version of you, making this world an even better place.
This boy will be a great dad when the time comes and probably a real catch for his lucky partner.
