FFS Happy Women's Day??? I haven't witnessed this level of blind stupidity coupled with misogyny since 2015 when Australia's then Prime Minister Tony Abbott did his Women's Day Speech from a club that didn't allow women members.

How old IS this ad? Sounds like the 1950s, when women were called "girls" and "ladies", rather than WOMEN.

You missed the point on this Bic, like BIG time. There is no such thing as "thinking like a gender". That makes no sense.

Sheesh this is CHILDISHLY written (not: LIKE A CHILD). Adjectives and adverbs were invented, to express the whole "like ..." --- don't say "smell like a fruit" but say "smell fruity". OK, now to work (bossly), and write what was meant in an adult fashion: "Look like a girl" = "Look prepubescent"; "Act like a lady" = "Act demure"; the rest is an exercise for the reader.

Personally I don't want to think like a man. Men are idiots.

Thinking isn't male or female, thinking is logic. As long as women don't get this ... nah, just kidding. Thinking is neither m nor f - at least any thinking that has any sense in it, innit?

I am female, engineer, work in job that dominate by men. Yes, I use that principle, to think like a man. No, I don't think that derogatory toward women. To be able to survive and moving forward in man dominate world, I learn to think their way. If you want to win the fight, you have to think like your enemy. So, yes, I think like a man. And what kind of think like a man does? Let's be honest here, women does think differently with man. I don't mean on the intellectual level, but on the emotional level. Hard to admit, but yes, women tend to bring emotion when they're dealing with something, whereas man put logic before emotion. It doesn't mean we are less than man. We are caring person in nature because of our motherhood side. But sometimes we don't need that. If I have to be 100% women, all men in my work are going to eat me alive. Here's the example, women who think like a women will use beauty as privilege, women who think like a man will use beauty as power.
