The : sign in one of the maths equations totally stumped me. I had no idea it was supposed to be a division sign, I’ve only ever seen it as ➗ or /

May I ask where you come from? In my part of the world (Austria) it's taught this way in school.

OK, so some of the later ones just rely on 'facts' and/or terminology which some of us would never have learned at school anyway, so I got a couple wrong. But 27, the one about the compass, is just wrong. The things with that angle between them are called points. A bearing is just an angle between the observer and any given object. "Harry buys 3 books that each cost $ 5,50... The correct answer is "Harry lives in a fantasy world!"

Well I scored 33 and I am quite fine with that BUT: All those test that are announced like "test if you know what a school kid knows" do NOT show how stupid you are compared to a schoolkid - they show how much unnecessary stuff a schoolkid learns that obviously no adult ever remembers

Some of these were not taught when I went to school, particularly the biology stuff. The unforgivable one is using a : for a division symbol!

Question 20 needs a division symbol, not a colon.

I got 30 out of 36 not bad for an 85-year-old. I can't believe I could do the math. I think these tests are so good for the brayne.

I absolutely tanked the math and science questions after 5th grade. Just like in real life.

It's the same for both northern & southern hemisphere - summer. Summer is not locked to the same calendar months across the world any more than 6am in NY happens at the same time as 6am in Australia.
