I'm afraid no man or woman EVER tried to google how to do their job. No. The regular way is call help desk, be surprised they will not do your job for you and end with writing angry email to help desk manager because "the technician was rude and just opened some random page on my Internet".

In my tiny class(MS), we do a lot of group projects. But, being a nerd, I often get bad groups assigned with me because of the lack of truly hard-working kids in our class. So if there are 4 kids who can lead a group in a class of 12, one of them will go into every group. But since I am one of the four, the other three in my group are not great groupmates. -__-
