You might know Swedish-born Rachel Brathen as an internet yoga sensation, but do you know her goat, Penny Lane? The Aruba resident received the goat as a gift from her surfer husband Dennis last Christmas and, since since then, Rachel and Penny have taken to doing yoga together. Rachel is a published author, and she and her husband also run an animal rescue center.
“Sometimes we get so caught up in what we want to change that we start seeing flaws instead of focusing on getting inspired to move and feel good,” Rachel explained to Metro. “It’s important to celebrate the good things. Your body does so much for you every day… It’s so much easier to stick to an exercise routine when we appreciate what our bodies can do.” Truer words have rarely been spoken!

Share on FacebookNever thought I'd hear the words "yoga" and "goat" in the same sentence. Cute nonetheless
As children, we had a pet goat. She thought she was a lap dog, and loved company. As she matured, our parents thought she needed a mate, and she went to live on a farm where she was cared for throughout her life.
Hiw cute!! At least the goat is helpful...my dog likes to lick me or push me over lol.
My favorite is the video with the baby and the goat! Oh my god so cute. >.<
She bought penny for HIM! Her close knit community knows what's up! <3
They got the info wrong. For this of us who follow her on snapchat, we know SHE got the goat as a Christmas gift for Dennis!
It's the thought that counts. It doesn't matter who it belongs to, and her husband is her husband! Get over it!
