Whose Fault?

Tanuja is a college going girl. She is waiting for her two friends with whom she is going to college everyday. But today they haven’t came. Time is running and she is getting late for classes and she decided to go alone.

Immediately after her house there is a place where 2 roads meet. All of three girls were going together from there. But today tanuja is not having any other choice except going alone, her college was 20 minutes from there.

She started to walk because she have to catch a auto immediately so that she is not going to miss her classes. and sun is raising slowly. Suddenly 3 motor bikes came and all were wearing helmets so she couldn’t recognize them.

All of a sudden 2 persons came towards her and she realized that SHE IS KIDNAPPED..!!!

Now lot of things were going on her head because now her entire life is on curtains. She don’t know whether they kidnapped her for money or some other things, she don’t even know that those are kidnappers or Rapists? She is praying God but she knows that nobody is there to save her. She is now just like a small deer inside a tiger’s den. She is shaking like she saw a ghost..!!?

2-3 minutes of pin drop silence has been broken and they came inside and started to assault her. Within 2 hours beautiful tanuja became a dead body. Her every dream, goal, life everything has been destroyed.

Case has been filed and culprits have been arrested but in those culprits, one is son of a minister and one is still 16 years. But 16 years kid is the main reason for her death. He hit her head with a rod, he ripped her parts. After his brutal assault she was just a meat lump.

Now a son of minister involved in the case then u can realize what will be the punishment.

But what will be the situation of her mother, father, brother, sister when they saw her like this?

It is not a real story. But if we haven’t stopped these rapists then within few years we may see this situation in every house. We saw nirbhaya case. It is not the only case. If you search in internet, you can see thousands of such cases. After seeing all those things one question will come to your mind and that is whose fault is this? Who is wrong here?

Definitely these rapists mentality is the main reason and with that we have to include our Indian judicial system too.

I am not talking against our system but there should be some changes in our judicial system. I dont know about other countries but In India, There should be some severe punishment for rapists other than life term jail, hanging etc. Because we can kill those rogues but we can’t destroy that thinking. If we haven’t destroyed that thinking then it will grow up again in other forms. So rapists should get severe punishment in India. This is my view. What you think??!
