I had red hair for 5 years. I'm glad I never paid extra for highlights, it's almost impossible to do right. Even when the stylist knows what they're doing.

His name sounds Ukrainian. I think he is trying to imitate the Cossack haircut. Cossack warriors would shave their heads except one lock of hair at the top. They would usually sport impressively long mustache though as well.

How do we know that this person doesn't suffer alopecia, receiving cancer treatment or is just balding. Some are obviously bad haircuts, but something like this you just don't know. Also looks like he has no idea someone is taking a photo of him. EDIT: if it is indeed Kanye and none of what I said is relevant. Whilst Kanye is not my favourite person, the fact is that he suffers from bipolar. This could have been a result of an episode etc. You just don't know. I doubt very much that he would purposely go out like that during a good day coz he is very vain and this doesn't look like a hair cut some one vain would be seen with.
