We have had to hit the pause button in our lives. Governments and institutions have recommended staying at home and minimizing our social and outdoor activities. We are all relearning how to live. And among many polarized opinions and unlimited uncertainties, we only know that everything will be different in our lives from now on.
One of the most dangerous viruses in the world is trying to take over everything and everyone, but it is gradually simmering down in some areas, thanks to many precautions. Many people have already beat it and have the opportunity to get their lives back.
It is for these lucky victors that graphic designer Guy Trefler created an incredible project. The T-shirts celebrate those who overcame the virus and encourage those who are still suffering to stay strong. All of the shirts have a witty remark in regards to the current corona crisis. Some shirts express happiness, others indicate pent-up frustrations. Either way, the message is clear: they did it. And the money doesn’t just go straight into the designer’s pocket, as the project is dedicated to a charitable cause. 50% of the profits will be given to UNHCR, who donate medical supplies to refugees.
“It is so exciting to know that I was able to do something that helps. When this pandemic started, I felt an urge to do something, to help, to create, and when I realized that I could do all these things and make an impact—that’s amazing. This is the perfect time to show solidarity, to give back to the community, and it fills me with joy to see that I’m not the only one who feels this way,” said the author to Bored Panda.

I'm on day 28 and still very horribly sick! I haven't spoken in 20 days because of the Laryngitis and went to the hospital 3 times. I wish it was done in 14 days, but I am praying to God in a couple of more weeks I can be. I really am hoping for a breakthrough somehow. I would then say I really earned a Coronavirus Survivor shirt. I will get there. I know I have to some day. Just keep in mind that 14 days is only the quarantine time to show if symptoms will arise and in mild or asymptomatic cases they will recover. Severe cases last approximately 3-6 weeks. I am just really hoping to be done by the end of that 6 weeks.

these individuals are attractive and young and look very pleasing to the eye, but i'd like to see the look of people who went to the battle gates of hell and proclaimed, "not today satan." the ones who look like they have warriors' scars and the weary look of someone who's seen s**t. perhaps they'll encourage the reckless to stay home.
