I think there needs to be a punishment where people who do things like this get like a house arrest anklet. Instead of geo tracking should have something that scramble and disallows the internet around the person.
In fact, of course, the negative traits listed in this selection can be found in almost any of us. After all, there are no perfectly good and sinless people and we have all done some bad deeds at some point. And here, probably, the main difference between a really bad person and a good one comes into play.
A good person, having done something icky, realizes it, gets upset - and tries to learn a life lesson from this experience, not to do it again. The bad one probably won't refrain from repeating it - even if it obviously hurts and troubles others.
Being a habitual litterer.

Not necessarily "littering" but I think this should go for those who leave movie theaters trashed. There is absolutely no reason why someone needs to leave all their garbage behind when leaving the movie theater. It disgusts me when I hear (as a manager) over the radio an usher requesting assistance to clean a theater because it's trashed. Popcorn will spill, drinks too, but to deliberately dump or kick over your popcorn tubs and stomp and grind it into the stairway carpets? You're just an a*****e. It's not that hard to just pick up the items you brought in and throw them away.
Some people do try to use bins but maybe it falls out or maybe they accidentally drop it on the way to the bin - it's still technically littering but it's not intentional

One time I was at a duck park and watched a family with 3 kids go past 3 trash cans to throw their trash in the water with the ducks!! I imploded and it slipped out! They didn't know a word of English but fully understood what I was saying
Yes! I never litter yet everyone in my family seem to just do it without a second thought. I've done everything to get them to stop but they still do it anyway. They'll happily walk away from tables/benches in parks or playgrounds leaving heaps of trash everywhere (and loudly complain when I refuse to move until I can clean it) I just try to do damage limitation when I'm with them and don't allow them to get away with it, I'm also teaching the younger generation to do better and not just copy their parents. It makes so frustrated that my 4 and 5yr old nieces and nephews understand better than their parents do. (Gives me a little hope for their futures though.)
Habitual is horrible yes, but I don't have a problem with occasional littering. What the f**k do you think a highway is? that is thousands upon thousands upon thousands of miles of concrete litter. There is no such thing as littering when we have already f****d this country up with miles of concrete, Concrete all across this great country is litter. let that soak in morons.
I just saw one of these people. He was loading a new suitcase into his car and tossing pieces of the cardboard around it on the ground. So I picked the pieces up, arm outstretched to hand it to him and asked if it was his (knowing full well it was, he had to know that I knew). This guy says "that's not mine" and starts hurrying to get in his car. I left it at that and threw the pieces away cause its not like there was much else to do, but come on dude. All you had to do was wait till you got home to open it, no need to litter 😠
I don't even like it if a bit of rubbish accidentally falls out of my pocket. I have to pick it up until I can find a bin like I was previously look for. I don't get littering. I'm also fed up of sweeping up random bits of dropped food at work, you think we like random half eaten food?
People, there are garbage cans everywhere. I had a lady apologize to me for putting a bag of puppy poop in my garbage can. I had to tell her I would much rather have her fill the can than just letting it lie on the sidewalk. Had me wondering if someone in the neighborhood had yelled at her.

Taking advantage of others or mistreating others when they can get away with it.
Things like letting their roommates do all their dishes and pay all the bills. Getting their partner to do the majority of housework and slinking out of helping. Acting like they care about something only when someone is witnessing them. Being kind only when others are watching. Being cruel when others are not watching. "Forgetting" things that don't fit their narrative about who they are.
It is so manipulative to cultivate a persona that is totally false and to act the opposite when it is advantageous. So many people use this strategy to get away with terrible behaviour and once you see their true colours it immediately screams they are terrible at their core.
