Rude Woman Refuses To Leave ‘No Parking’ Zone, So Construction Workers Get The Best Revenge
People find a lot of creative ways to deal with asshole drivers but this lady was so disrespectful, she needed a lesson she wouldn’t forget. Not only did she pull into a no parking zone in Larkspur, California, she offered a “chill pill” to the foreman whose construction work she was disrupting by staying there.
Luckily, the guy didn’t lose his cool and came up with an ingenious plan how to get back at the diva. Scroll down to read how everything unfolded in his own words and tell us in the comments if you think the response was appropriate!
Backing into a port-a-potty with A CHILD IN THE BACK??? She deserves that arrest. I hope the child is in safer hands.
Could you please do this for all of the people who aren't disabled but park in the handicapped parking spots? I'm getting really tired of hearing "I was only running in for a minute". Wish I could "run in" with my walker!!
YES!!! I just posted something about that. A friend with a daughter with physical disabilities has the same problem constantly!
Load More Replies...Oh, if ONLY there were photos!!! lol! I have a friend whose daughter has some physical challenges. The handicapped access spot at her daughter's elementary school is the spot of choice for a**holes to idle their cars in. They actually get angry or huffy when she has to climb out of her car and ask them to move! Unreal!
Having lived near a school, I've been blocked in my driveway countless times by A-hole parents picking up their kids. These are among the most selfish people on the planet.
A friend of mine had a similar problem. She and her family lived across the road from the town's football stadium. She not had problems with people blocking her driveway but even parking in her drive way if she was out too.
Load More Replies...You're already driving with a suspended license and then decide to act like an a**hole. Yeah, that's smart thinking.
I feel awful for the child, that must have been terrifying to witness :( The backing away, and watching her be arrested...
I know right. With all the swearing and raging and seeing your parent being trapped then driving away reckless and THEN get arrested. Hope she gets to stay with her grandmother. F**k that awful woman.

Honestly, this is exactly the reason why I'm afraid to get a handicap parking permit. I have ME/FM, and the only reason why I don't use a cane is because it would just be something extra to carry. I tire out very easily, and if I try to walk too much, I also have to deal with a lot of pain. Going to a mall or large store is already very tiring, having to walk across the parking lot too doesn't help. I don't want to have to deal with idiots confronting me about how I don't 'look disabled' and clearly don't 'deserve' the parking spot. Invisible illnesses suck. :(

She has to deal with the consequences regardless.
I'm seriously just worried about the kid too. I don't know if the lady has issues because, unfortunately, I've met a handful of people who act like this and are perfectly mentally stable, but if she does or not, she should not be caring for a child with that behavior. Hope this was a really bad day for her and she is not usually such a b***h.

Here, in my country, this is considered to be a really rude way to express your opinion on someone's intellectual abilities.

Reminds me of the time a twenty something female parked in a handicapped parking space. As she entered the store, six teens in a pickup and who had a mother who was handicapped got angry. After she entered the store, they exited their truck, walked over and picked up the car. They walked it to the opposite side of the parking lot and placed it sideways between two cars the teens knew would not be moving for at least days. When the lady exited the store, she found her car missing and called the police. When the cop arrived, this was a small town, he looked around the parking lot and found the car. Then he saw the kids in the pickup laughing. He asked the lady if she was sure this is where she parked her car. She said, "Yes, absolutely certain, officer." He said, "Fine, this is handicapped parking and you're not handicapped. Here's your ticket. Is that your car over there?" The lady said yes, and the cop added, "If you pay those kids $100 a piece, maybe they'll move it for you.

How are the owners of the new house going to be able to get up there? No driveway?? Good story though..
We once had a huge snowstorm in an area that might get snow every 3-5 years, my husband spent hours shoveling snow in front of our house so that we could get mail and in/out of our driveway. People parked their cars there, since it was the only clear area, and then left them to go play in the snow. I had to call the hospital I worked at to let them know the situation. They arranged for a co-worker with 4 wheel drive to come get me. My very nice husband left notes on the cars to ask them not to park there again. I wanted to call the tow truck to haul them away but they were already busy dealing with multiple cars sliding off the road.
When my family lived in heavy snow country, standard procedure in a case like this was to shovel the snow back--all around the tires and around the car doors.
Load More Replies...Serves her right. I hope she learns from this, even if it's only to try to get out bad situations with as much grace as possible, though considering how rude she was that's unlikely.
Pretty sure you performed an awesome public service in more than one way. I write novelty parking tickets and then wait to see the reactions. Priceless! Great job sir. And I hope you are off to an easier and safer project soon.
It couldn't have happened to a "nicer" person, LOL. I ran into a few like that years ago when I was the Operations Manager for a wireless company. There was an alleyway between the two buildings that housed our technical operations and the business offices. There were "No Parking" signs on both the building walls facing the alleyway as well as "Loading/Unloading Zone" signs. One day I got back from lunch to find a car blocking the alley and a delivery truck waiting to unload some new equipment. He could not get into the alley to unload due to the car being in the way. The car was a two door and front wheel drive, so I lifted the front end with the fork lift we had rented to unload the equipment with and pulled it out of the alley. I then placed it between two large trees out back with only about 4 inches clearance on both sides of the doors. Let's just say the person that owned the car was not a happy camper and had to call for a tow truck to get the car out.
I was hoping that the contents of the Porta-potty spilled all over her car.
I was hoping to read that the content of the Porta-Potty spilled all over her car.
Let me get this straight .... you asked her to leave a posted "NO PARKING", zone, so a lumber truck could park in the posted "NO PARKING", zone .... right? "I instruct the delivery driver to park as closely to her as possible and block her in with the porta potty ..." (emphasis on "block her in") .... purposely! Then the truck driver "expertly block this lady and her car into a little two parking spot jail."(emphasis on "jail") ... hmm illegal detention? Have you ever heard of it? Your delivery driver has no superior right than she, to illegally park in that "NO PARKING", zone. If you really needed that posted "NO PARKING", zone FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE use, you should have gone to the city and asked for "official", documentation for it's use .... If I were her, I'd talk to an attorney. Your post states you INTENT to detain/punish her & impede her right of movement. One might say you refused to give way & force was in order ...
Of all the embarrassing things to get arrested for, destroying a port-a-pot.
I bet she regrets not moving when you asked her so nicely the first time. Haha
She thought she was above the rules. Learned the hard way she wasn't.
Personally, I was hoping she did something stupid enough to cause the wood to fall off the truck and crush her car a bit. But this Karma will I suspect do the trick of learning her something worthwhile.
Was not it enough to call the police the first time? There were two potential charges, parking illegally and using a suspended license; the latter is serious. I totally agree that she is a horrible person. No one should ever stand the way she talked to him. However, what he made her go through was too much. Does she deserve it? I understand if many said yes. However, getting to decide whether a person deserves to go through an ordeal like that is completely wrong. We make mistakes. We can be judgmental and biased many times even if we did not mean to. Hence, I disagree completely with this story and how the entire situation was handled. Especially, she never intended to endanger the life of her child.
Intent is irrelevant when it comes to child endangerment. Few INTEND to endanger their children, but many manage to do it.
Load More Replies...Some people just don't think or don't think enough. The poor kid had to go through all that. I live near an elementary school, and not even a cop living on the corner across the street from the school with her clearly marked police car make much of a difference to some people. She lives right next to a set of crosswalks for the school too. I hope the mom in this story gets whatever help she needs, be it a babysitter, a nanny, anger management, or just a "chill pill."
Awesome story, I wish it had pictures even after pictures of the porta potty she hit. Some people just can't stop to think of anyone else for a second.
ANYONE who doesn't believe there is such a thing as Karma... they need to see this story. CLASSIC CASE and it kicked in so fast too. Sometimes Karma takes years to come and bite you in the a*s. Three cheers for this crew for helping this woman learn a valuable lesson. Now, go wash your mouth out with soap, Lady, you have a kid who is learning some awful habits from you.
well done except for the myself. Myself thinks people use this reflexive pronoun improperly all the time, what does yourself think of grammar nazis? Myself guesses myself is gonna hear it.
I have to admit; by the time I'd finished reading this, I had the biggest grin on my face! Perfect karma & she deserved every bit of it! LMAO. 😂
The worst of this is that she did all of this in front of her child. What kind of example is she setting? Not to mention her absolute disrespectful nature towards everyone around her. The fact that she has an licence is what surprises me the most, not that it has expired. Good on everyone involved for handling this in such an appropriate manner.
I would hate to see her out in heavy traffic - i would think being she thinks she owns the roads and or parking spots - she sounds like a person that is fully capable of having road rage .. not good ..
I think you did the right thing and she got what she deserved "Karma is a B***h"! :-)
I'm not a fan of revenge. While it's funny, I feel sorry for the poor kid who had to experience his mother and the construction person being jerks and one-upping each other. Still, she brought it on herself, so maybe she'll think twice next time.
What revenge? The truck blocked her in and the foreman called the cops because she was doing something illegal. Everything that followed was of her own doing.
Load More Replies...City ordinances failure all over the world (not only in the US). Proper parking should always be required on construction and operational licenses for schools (private or public). It should also apply for older schools built at a time when parking was not a problem.
sorry sounds like b******t to me, kind of like Penthouse Fantasy Stories....it would be perfect if it all went down like that, but I doubt it.
This is terrible. This poor woman. You guys are laughing at her getting her child taken away?
Yes, because she brought the entire mess upon herself. All she had to do was to move her car when the nice man asked nicely. She chose to escalate the situation, not him.

Load More Replies...Have you ever head of a concept known as suspension of disbelief? It states that even if something contains logical fallacies and it is improbably unrealistic, you ignore your doubts in order to enjoy the story or events taking place. In a nutshell, it's why I go along with Bigfoot or alien stories- I don't genuinely believe in them, but I choose to go along with it because it's a lot more fun than being a party-pooping a*****e that just wants to s**t on someone's enjoyment. It's also why magicians and wrestlers have a career.

Load More Replies...As the story states the writer purely expected her to get a ticket. It's her own fault that she decided to go all Mad Max on the situation. The officer that literally saw it all happen had little choice after that point. And something tells me that this poor kid has quite the difficult life already if mom is any indication.
