Tintin‘s life is like a roller coaster ride. This poor red squirrel fell out from a building and was abandoned by his mom. His chest was wounded from the fall, and he was just 4 or 5 weeks old, so Tintin desperately needed someone to look after him. Luckily, Decan Andersen found this little creature and rescued him. The red fellow made a full recovery and now the duo is living life to the fullest.

I don't think it advocates people to take wild animals as pets, the guy found the poor thing and without his help the squirrel would have died. Good man :)
Too bad he has to have it on a leash but that's still cool. I want one.
don't think this is for everyone, just for the chosen ones ;0)

Yeah you took care of it when it was a baby, but it's still a wild animal with its whole life ahead. It's time to set free
I am an animal Rehaber, I can tell you from experience (many, many bottle fed orphans) this is extremely unusual behavior for a wild squirrel. All the squirrels I had (before releasing) wanted NOTHING to do with me other than food. However, as a rehaber the point is not to snuggle & make them human dependant. Sometimes, sadly... Let nature take its course, is the best thing to do.
I wish I could unsee these pics of a squirrel on a f**king leash!!!! Thank God it's illegal in my country to keep wild animals as pets - even if you saved them as bebes. Gross.
Because setting free home-raised animal is just plain irresponsible. They do not adapt to living in the wild. They suffer and shortly after getting free they die. Exceptions are when little animal was raised with minimal human interaction, raised to fear humans and know all rules of living in the wild. Rarely people can really manage it. And even then it takes a lot of time and effort.
