The internet is weird, we probably all know that. Yet it still finds ways to surprise us almost every day. I, for example, just today found out about the "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" meme. It's just the right amount of nonsensical, weird, and... well, internet.
You know what else is weird and nonsensical? The images people share in the group "Pics that ACTUALLY go hard" on Facebook. But they also have another quality that's hard to describe, outrageous, perhaps? Maybe it's best to check them out for yourself, and don't forget to let us know which ones you like the best by upvoting!

Always loved swings. At a craft show I took advantage of the after hours calm to enjoy the swings. the security guard said he envied me that I could. Poor guy, guess he didn't feel free to. Later, though I stopped to swing on the beach in Cayucos CA. Peaceful, just me and the sea birds until the police showed up and questioned me for about a half an hour. Damn! All I wanted was a bit of relax after a tough day. I've never been back.
The "Pics that ACTUALLY go hard" group is fairly new. Not in its concept, but in the date it was created. The group's bio explains that this is a new group because the other 'Pics That Go Hard' became "more of a general meme page and not actually pics that go hard."
Still, even now, the members often disagree about whether the pictures that the moderators approve are actually hard pics. The group's admins have tried setting some rules about what constitutes a hard pic. "If I have to read it, it's not a hard pic," one of the admins wrote in a post.

Perhaps, then, it's easier to define hard pics by what they are not. According to this group, at least, hard pics are not memes, text strings, comics, also images that are political or sexual in nature. "Some memes are hard but most are not," another admin wrote in a post.
The "Pics that ACTUALLY go hard" group is not the only community dedicated to hard images. There are similar pages on Instagram and X (Twitter), and, of course, Reddit. Moderators from one of those groups on Reddit have more clearly defined guidelines about what hard images are.

It's the juxtaposition of something cool with a thing that's either childish or just generally ridiculous. "Like Deadpool wearing a propeller hat or gangsta Spongebob," the subreddit's bio reads.

We have our legal 12 plants. They are ready now to harvest with is good because it has smelled skunky for the last month. Now we have to hang them to dry in the basement which means the whole house is going to be fragrant for a while. Then we have to clip and process. It is worth it but a lot of work. We don't sell it, everyone gets some for christmas!

Naturally, we all have different concepts of "cool," so disagreements in such communities sometimes can run wild. And the "Pics that ACTUALLY go hard" community is not immune to them. You might see members getting mad for their images being rejected by the moderators and admins for "not being hard."

Patty, it is a hydraulic lift bed. That dangly piece near the top is the hydraulic ram. Obviously the bed is only supposed to be raised for dumping a load and bed is flat on roadway. But apparently the bed raised while driving and driver didn't noticed it before hitting sign. You can find similar videos on youtube of trucks like this hitting overpasses as they drive under them. Another one I saw it was a traffic light pole and some electrical wires.

My heart aches for this baby and not because, well, you know, pizza! This reminded me of an incident in my childhood. We were poor, powdered milk was a luxury, then Mom got WIC for my youngest sister. WIC was government issued certificates for REAL milk, and other food items that Mom kept for her and the youngest. (mom was mentally ill, abusive in every way you can think of, which sets up this next part) Mom had me carry the precious gallon of milk. I was so little, I had to keep stopping to rest my hands and arms. She told me I could rest when I got home. So I started switching hands, because the plastic was digging into my skin. Needless to say, I dropped it. (and no, it wasn't on purpose. I was six years older than my baby sister, so I was seven at the most.). We were passing through the parking lot of senior apartments where my grandmother lived. I will never forget that beautiful milk wasted, splattered on all of the cars, and the murderous look on my mom's face.

I've done this! I was recognizing our gaming closet. And as I was moving all our magic cards.I dropped two long boxes (each from a different series) on the ground. They seemed to shuffle and dance as they fell, insuring that they would be as frustrating as possible to pick up. Worst part, they were my husband's cards! Mine were all still perfectly organized safely in their boxes.

This is irrelevant but interesting- did you know that the original Ronald McDonald (can't remember the guys name off the top of my head, too lazy to google it). Came out against McDonald's and said he felt shame for encouraging children to eat McDonald's food because not only is it mad unhealthy but also because he grew to be disgusted by the treatment (well, killing, obvs) of cows and chickens? NO WAY, somewhere I have an old picture from a disposable camera of my brother doing the exact same thing! Pizza was gross, and we kids were eating in our barn; dresser was in storage there. That's one random coincidence.. (If you're wondering why we would eat pizza in a barn, farmers are weird, but also my parents kept our giant trampoline in there for most of the year since we lived in Michigan--and yes, the floor was concrete-my sister broke both of her arms).
