Istanbul is one of the most photogenic cities globally, perched on the banks of the beautiful Bosphorus, with a skyline adorned with historical architectural marvels. The amazing location of the city and its history make it very unique! The variety of attractions is astonishing, ranging from the Hagia Sophia Church to the Galata Tower and from the elegant Ottoman mosques and underground cisterns to the city's vibrant, colorful and trendy neighborhoods.

Istanbul, the magnificent, is a photographer's paradise. I took these photos using different angles and making use of shadows, frames, sunlight (both sunrise and sunset), and benefiting from Istanbul's amazing architecture and history. From your seat, maybe 10.000 miles away from Istanbul, you will feel like you are actually walking through the streets of Istanbul. This is a perfect chance to travel to Istanbul with me, and it will be a great chance to prepare in advance for your Istanbul trip. The virtual trip will include spectacular locations such as Galata Bridge, Karaköy, Maiden Tower from the Asian side, Ortakoy Square, and Suleymaniye Mosque.

My story:

I am very passionate about photography and traveling. My gratification doesn't only come from capturing these images but also from sharing them with others and seeing their appreciation. That's why in addition to my Etsy shop, I like sharing them on platforms like BoredPanda. A little background of my photography experience: I have been in 3 Istanbul photography projects, each of which lasted 1 full year: 'Istanbul 365 Days', 'I am Istanbul 2016', 'I am Istanbul 2017'. My work was exhibited and published in books; I also won special mention awards in these projects. Our projects were in the press, and also a documentary about Istanbul 365 Days was produced and broadcast. Last but not least, I participated in international exhibitions such as Biennale Internationale de L'Image in France, 'I am Istanbul' in Greece. For more photos, check out my Instagram account.

Whenever I Look At This Photo, I Can Hear The Music Of Istanbul. People At The Fish Restaurants Underneath The Bridge, The Fishermen, And The By-Passers On The Bridge, The Sound Of The Prayer Coming From The Mosque, And The Sound Of The Ferries And The Seagulls... The Music Of The Guitar Player Is Just Completing The Rhythm Of The City

Ortakoy Square Is One Of The Most Beautiful Places In Istanbul And The Elegant Architecture Of The Grand Mecidiye Mosque Complements It. Sunset Makes It Even More Beautiful But Another Excellent Time Is The Evening. With The Lights Of The Bosphorus Bridge, This Mosque Becomes An Ideal Spot For Night Photography
