I don't think he has realized coz he'd of surely looked down if he had and the mess would of smeared and not look so fresh and in line 🤔 Lol. It's more of a smile/grin to say just take the blooming pic coz I can't hold the pose much longer. Big bro's face is funny 😆

if it happens every time, you couldn't give the parents a heads-up to discretely carry a napkin so they don't have to hold a handful of poop? I know they'll be dealing with it on a daily basis, but there's a world of difference between catching the odd smear and catching the whole load.

It's called jaundice and it's very common in newborn babies but it goes away on it's own. I think that's why so many parents opt for black and white photos ;)

I beg to differ-it does not always go away on it's own. My son almost ended up in a coma a few days after he was born because his bili level was so high. Thank god I went with my mom instincts and not listened to the home health nurse who said it would go away on it's own. I took him to the er and he was admitted. Had to have an IV and be under the bili lights for 2 days straight.
