“Shouldn’t Have Done Anything”: People React To Megan Fox’s Long List Of Plastic Surgeries
Megan Fox got very candid about her beauty secrets, sharing which plastic surgeries she has undergone, including those she has been accused of but hasn’t done and even which procedures she is considering next.
Appearing on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast in an episode that aired on Wednesday (March 20), the 37-year-old bombshell known for her good looks revealed that she didn’t get any body fat removed, as she would only ever “fill her body” with fat instead due to her naturally slender frame.
Megan said: “So no midface lift, no lateral brow lift, although I would like one or no regular brow lift.”
She continued: “I’ve never done threads. I’ve never had [buccal fat removal] done.

“I’ll never have any fat removed. I’m a very lean person [who] doesn’t have enough body fat or fat in my face, so I’ll only ever put fat in.”
The Jennifer’s Body star clarified that she has never had a BBL (a Brazilian butt lift) or liposuction.
Discussing beauty standards perpetuated in the show-biz industry, Megan revealed that she would open up about her plastic surgeries in a bid to destigmatize it.

“I’m going to do this, but I’m not going to win; however, I hope this sets some people free,” the actress said.
Despite clarifying that she didn’t get a facelift, the mom-of-three admitted to wanting some sort of procedure to her face. “I’m very tempted to go get my brows snatched all the way. I want that look sometimes. That seems fun,” she said.
Megan went on to discuss her breast augmentation, which she said she first got around 21-22 years old before getting them re-done after breastfeeding.

The Transformers actress is mom to Noah, 11, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 7, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
“Then I had to have them redone recently,” Megan admitted, “Because [with] the first set I didn’t have enough body fat to disguise. You could see the rippling from [the] implant, so I had to switch them out to this set.”
The Tennessee native later debunked ongoing rumors that she has done several surgeries to her nose, explaining: “That’s something I’ve literally been accused of having: six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries, which is impossible.”

“Your nose would get necrosis and fall off. I haven’t had a rhinoplasty since I was, I’m going to say, 23.
“It’s been well over a decade. I’ve not touched my nose since then.”
She also explained that her nose might’ve been subjected to more plastic surgery rumors as a result of her impressive makeup technique, contouring her nose to look like “a tiny Elvin princess.”

She further teased: “I make it so small, within one inch of its life.”
Despite going through several procedures, Megan claimed her body didn’t react well to general anesthesia and that when she does go through surgery, “it’s a very big deal,” admitting to certain spiritual rituals she made her doctors go through.
“All my doctors have to meet with me before. They have to tell me if they’ve seen any omens. If they saw any owls, crows, if anyone stepped on a spider, if there are any dead insects,” she said.

Megan, who is an avid metaphysiology enthusiast, subsequently confessed she was “very afraid” of dying under general anesthesia, and found the whole experience traumatizing. “It’s [probably] a saving grace that I have this fear or paranoia because God knows what I would’ve been up to,” she added.
As the actress later warned, any surgery under general anesthesia is a risk to your life, but she finally revealed that she had undergone another secret procedure.
“There’s one thing I had done that I’m gatekeeping because it was really good, and it’s not a known plastic surgery,” Megan said. “People don’t even really know about it.”

People of all ages are already too uncomfortable in their bodies, and the more we make it OK to spend vast sums on surgically altering ourselves, the worse off everyone will be.
Whilst I am of the opinion that she was already beautiful prior to the procedures, I am also very much of the opinion that it's her body and if it makes her happy etc, then good luck to her.
