I am a primary school teacher from Galway, Ireland. By day, I have the fun task of educating the next generation of kids… by night… I’m an artist! All my comics are drawn the old-school way—with a pen, paper, and a lightbox.
Not only do teachers engage with and enjoy these comics, but the students themselves seem to love the drawings and relate to the humor, which is fantastic. I hope that these comics humorously illustrate the hard work, dedication, and care that teachers provide our students every day.
My comics have been published in a book form, which has become a bestseller here in Ireland. The comics have been praised by Matt Groening and the book has since been endorsed by Mike Reiss, Emmy award-winning writer and producer of The Simpsons. I never imagined all this would have happened when I started to post the "When's it Hometime?" teacher comics online back in 2016.

I really love these, I'm sure all of the teachers across Ireland will agree that these comics are so relatable! Reading these made me remember how I use to annoy my teachers during my Primary School days not that long ago.
