“Leave Women Alone”: Lady Gaga Snaps Back With Sassy Post After Rumors Surface That She’s Pregnant
Lady Gaga denied rumors that she was expecting a child with her partner, Michael Polansky, after some paparazzi photos of the singer at her sister’s wedding led people to believe she was pregnant.
The photos taken over the weekend (June 1-2) showed Gaga at the rehearsal dinner in a mid-length black dress that she accessorized with a pearl necklace, matching earrings, and bright red lip makeup.

The 38-year-old Grammy winner has been in a relationship with Michael Polansky, a businessman and philanthropist, since 2020. That year, she confirmed they were dating with anInstagram post showing the pair cuddling up in Miami after the Super Bowl.
However, Gaga took to social media again to say, loud and clear, that she’s not welcoming a child anytime soon.

In lock down I put on about 2½ stone. when I went back to work a coworker came to me painced because they had been around someone with chicken pox, and they know it can be bad if pregnant women get them. I just looked confused for a few seconds and said oh it's a good job I'm just fat then 😂😂 she was mortified and kept saying sorry

Remember 15ish years ago when this kept happening to Jennifer Aniston? She recently opened up that she struggled with infertility and was never able to have kids, so that just rubbed salt in the wound. But celebrity feelings aside, how are self-conscious fans supposed to react when they see these women being so scrutinized for having *gasp NATURAL BODIES?

I have IBS and for a while it became that most days I got offered a seat on trains and buses. Women eat, we fill our stomachs, we bloat. Get over it now, media.

Whether they have been pregnant or not, whether they are pregnant or not, women's bodies just naturally pouch there. It takes a lot of work if one tries to maintain to make it not noticable. Even if they do happen to accomplish that, only one day off of that maintenance schedule, or even one unexpected large meal can change that. Changes to the body can happen fast, no matter what the cause. Heck, even one outfit to the next can make a noticable difference in looks. She doesn't "look pregnant". She looks like any person of her age and body size normally looks like, pregnant or not. Even if she were, it should be up to her to announce it when she's ready, and not simply to put rumors to rest. Putting oneself in the public eye as a celebrity is one thing. This amount of scrutiny the public puts on them gets wildly out of hand, however.

for f***s sake, she's built like a twig and has a tiny bit of belly on her that was only visible because of a form-fitting dress, but people will be like "omg she's fat she's pregnant" ARE YOU PEOPLE KIDDING ME. bloating happens for all kinds of reasons. One such reason as a woman can be our time of the month, another reason that might be plausible for gaga that I know about: Fibromyalgia can cause bloating. ffs. Gaga is looking amazing and even if she did put on weight, who cares? it's her damn body.
