One Year Ago I Discovered My True Passion Was Makeup, Here’re 44 Of My Halloween Looks (NSFW)
My name is Monika, I’m 23 years old and live in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Although I earned a degree in Spanish philology, I now know for sure I want to do makeup for a living.
I started my artistic makeup journey exactly one year ago and felt I had found myself. Makeup is my passion and when I'm working time just stands still. I live for the moments where I look in the mirror and see another person staring back. While the person is still me, it feels as if there's someone else standing there at the same time.
I find it overwhelming and euphoric that in a mere few hours I can transform into somebody else. I'm happy when I'm creating and I create when I'm happy. I hope this circle never ends.

She would have painted black around the rim of her face, lowering the line on one side, applied fake blood in a line to separate the two sides, and created a protrusion on the lower right side of her face, possibly with nose and scar wax.

Oops - the measurements are way off. Top eyebrows up 2 centimeters vs eyelashes up 1 centimeter vs lips top half missing?! Lips should be down 1-2 centimeters. That's why it doesn't work. Next time take a picture, slice it and slide it and then do the makeup. ;-) Sorry - Creepy, but FAIL.

The laces break the illusion, otherwise this would hands down be the best one. That crisp contrast between the two eyes is amazing. The line work around the mask just needs more definition and the lacing needs reworking. I'd love to see a take two on this one. Really cool idea.
