Do most of you probably know that I have been suicidal in the past(or you know now). Well anyway, when I was suicidal and depressed, I listened to a ton of billie eilish. It made everything g worse but I didn't realize it at the time.

I always associate her music with all the bad feelings I had, and I start to panic and freak out. My parents don't know that I have been suicidal, and I keep putting off telling them. That's not the problem though.

When my parebts play billie eilish music I freak out inside, but if I tell them urgently to turn if off now, then they will be suspicious.

Just the other day, my dad decided to wake me up with her music. I curled into a ball and covered my ears until he left, and then I started crying. This is not the only time that something like that has happened. One time my dad put on billie eilish radio on in a car ride. I started shaking, but I tried to hide it. It was really all I could do to not scream at my dad or start sobbing.

How can I get over it or get them to never play it around me if I don't tell them? I seriously need help with this so please comment, even if you only have a tiny bit of advice. Thank you!

U could tell your parents that it’s over played at these point and it’s getting annoying. If that doesn’t work and u keep hearing the music and it keeps bringing up those feelings from the past just remember it’s in the past and things will be ok
