The best time. Easy going. You could be out and about all day riding your bike. Not too much to worry about not a lot of cars or people compared to now. I was poor growing up but still was a great time.

The quality of most products have decreased immeasurably l, but smart phones are one of the most useful items that have gained traction in your lifetime
