We've all been in a public space with that one jerk who is having a full on conversation on speaker, but what about cellphone 'culture' is wearing on you?

For me it's the way companies are requiring multifactor authentication by sending s**t to your phone. I don't always have my phone glued to me and I shouldn't have to when I'm putting in my password that is CORRECT. At least offer the option of sending an email. I recently did my taxes on efile and they use a new system in order for you to get your AGI. The entire filing of taxes took 10 minutes but the authetication step took 30 minutes. I needed to take a picture of the front and back of my license, I need to take a selfie, they had to do a biometric scan of my face, I needed to create a user name and password....all to access something I already had a user name and password for. It was ridiculous. I usually do my taxes through Credit Karma but they want people to do them through Cash App. I mean...seriously? Cash App has sooo much fraud! My phone is not secure, at least not as secure as my computer is, and I resent having to have it on me even in bed in case I have to quadruple autheticate myself. I get being safe but c'mon. I resent being forced to use it for everything!
