Jem and Tessa from the Shadow Hunters book series. I was introduced to the books by a friend and they make the perfect pairing in my opinion. What's cool is that they weren't supposed to be, it happened post the first story.
Rory, Amy and the Doctor. Not a pair but probably the absolutely best group in my opinion. They worked so well together. I miss those episodes.
Anakin and Ashoka. As a duo, not dating. They were perfectly matched.
