Rejection and being alone.
Middle school was rough and I'm still recovering...
I already said this but my biggest fear is heights because one time when I was younger I fell off of stairs and started bleeding really badly can you guys help me overcome it?
It might sound weird, but it’s “being sick”. Even typing the word triggers anxiety. I think it came from my home situation when I was younger. The house was damp and small, and I shared a room with two siblings (I had three siblings at the time). The second you witnessed your little brother “be sick” all I’ve the living room carpet, you knew. You were going to be sick within 12 hours 99% of the time. And if you’re that 1%, that just means you’re going to be sick within 13 hours instead. I would cry and pet my stuffed donkey for comfort. I would hide outside in the snow, practically hyperventilating as I prayed for god to keep me safe from the flu (Christian parents). So yeah, all that traumatized me. For months after someone was sick, I would startle at even the smallest cough.
Probably cars. Maybe moreso certain people I don't know well driving cars. My boyfriend's brother was driving us to a movie, along with his girlfriend. We were leaving the parking garage after the movie, when my boyfriend said "don't be driving crazy, she's scared of cars". and LET ME TELL YOU. Boyfriend's brother IMMEDIATELY said "oh you won't be scared of cars anymore let me just..." and he fuckking rammed the pedal and went about 70mph IN A PARKING GARAGE. Yea I won't go anywhere with him driving anymore. He had me shaking and his girlfriend was upset with him. Who would do that? Like wtf.
My worst fear is disappointing others. Also rollercoasters. I really do not like rollercoasters, which is funny because I want to be a jet pilot.
My biggest fear is the possibility of the Democrats getting the world war that they want.
Surgery, I've already had my spinal fusion surgery and I'm recovering rn still. The surgery itself wasn't that bad the thought scared me a bit during this I obtained my new fear of the Artery tube thing they put in your arm cause one of the nurses said it would spray blood if taken out.
