I have lived in my home for 20 years with the same neighbor. He is an elderly man who is terribly shy. This man will literally run away from me if he sees me. I am an introvert, so I am not big on talking, so still not sure why he flees. Every year he leaves Christmas presents on my porch. We are now in a one-up competition for Christmas gifts to each other. He still won't talk to me. Still runs away.

Had a couple of kids who lived on the corner. Basic delinquents. A single lady lived across the street from me and they liked to peak in windows. She saw them one night and the sheriff's department brought a K9 unit out. Traced them right back to their house.

Set up a full volleyball net in my backyard and was playing when I returned home from a vacation.

New neighbors were renovating the house they had recently bought. Wife was a busy exec and was overseas for weeks at a time. Husband was calling her frequently to get decisions about the house, colors and such. Finally busy wife got exasperated and said, "Just paint it purple!" So he did. Just the front though. When wife returned all of the neighbors found chores to do outside to watch her reaction. It was great. Then they repainted the house a nice neutral color.

Destroyed my bicycle in a drunken rage and then repaired it the next day. Also called my bunny a little a*****e after failing to catch it.
