When I need to sneeze, I start to feel extremely sick, like i need to vomit, like to the point where my mouth starts doing that thing where it creates a bunch of saliva right before you throw up, just for me to sneeze and be completely fine again.
Heart palpitations after eating a meal. Had it all my life, I’m 58 and investigations are normal. Also feeling REALLY nauseous then suddenly sneezing and no longer nauseous??????

My eyes twitch at super random times idk why but my eye sights fine lol
I have these weird dreams where I can't breath. They make sleeping really hard lol
I think that's sleep apnea. If so, you should get that checked out.
