Airplane 1 was, and still is, hilarious, and coined a genre. Airplane 2 had a couple of golden moments, but, for the most part was tedious. The writers either tried too hard, or didn't try at all.

Police academy kinda fell apart after the second and third film tbh. And my friend won't stop complaining about the Scream sequels so I'll put that in for her as well. (I haven't watched Scream but i trust her judgement)

The secret of NIMH. It was 100% fine on its own and the sequel wasn’t even written by Don Bluth (the original was).

I’d say most, unless it’s supposed to be planned as a multi movie (ie Harry Potter, LOTR etc.) other than that it just gets repetitive and boring. Although there are one or two good sequels

Frozen two was 1000x better than frozen. It had a great story and I absolutely loved it.
