Being able to sense when someone shouldn't be trusted. I met my mom's boyfriend at a restaurant. He smiled, was charming and sweet, but there was a bad vibe I got from him. Found out a few months later that he was beating the crap out of my mother on the regular. Met a co-worker's husband. Also nice and sweet, but bad vibe. Found out after a few weeks that he was cheating on his wife. Met my husbands philosophy professor. Very professional person. Seemed straight forward but, again, bad vibe. A year later, he was arrested for stealing social security numbers of his students to get credit cards. Just wish I'd had that sense in the early days when it came to my own relationships. But at least I had enough sense to recognize a good man when I finally met him. Been married to him for 31 years.

I have thus talent as well, I can feel intentions of others. If someone is lying I know. If someone is being insincere I know. 2 times my gift protected me from being murdered once was when I was 14 and someone had the intention of kidnapping me whwn I was walking, my flight instinct was already kicked in so wjem the car swerved in front of me walking I was gone before they ever had a chance to grab me

I can do this too! When I met my sisters ex I knew from the moment I saw him that he was just bad news even though everyone else thought he was so charming and funny, skip forward 10 years and they are divorced after years of physical abuse and him cheating constantly.

i would be surprised to say the least. i don't have a lot of the symptoms. i have joint hypermobility syndrom, and 20% of ppl with that also have ehlers-danlos syndrome. my only problems are frequent joint pain and dislocation.

Same! Can be a blessing and a curse..😄 In 4th grade, I was gifted an upright grand piano. I'm a self-taught musician as my Mother couldn't afford lessons. In the piano bench, the previous owners left music books. I spent an entire summer learning every one. I also play the violin, upright bass, drums & sing.

I can fix almost anything. I've been able to take things apart, fix them and put them back together since I was a kid. And I can look at something, like a mechanism of some sort, and know how it works. It's rare that I don't just automatically KNOW how it works and if I don't it haunts me until I go online, identify it and learn its inner workings. Not a bad talent to have for a mechanic. I'm sure that's why I excelled at it for so many years, loving every second of it.

Here's one example for you re: my musical "fun facts": I know that Joe Elliott of the hard rock group Def Leppard was early childhood friends with Stephen Singleton, who was in the '80s pop group ABC. And other: Robert Palmer, who was famous for songs such as "Addicted to Love" and "I Didn't Mean to Turn You On", was one of the world's biggest fans of the post-punk group the Comsat Angels and was responsible for them signing a major label record deal with the record label he was signed to, Island Records. And a third: Stewart Copeland of The Police had a brother named Miles Copeland who ran a record label called IRS Records that he named as such because of the Copeland brothers' father being employed by the U.S. federal government (but more in a diplomatic role, not in the actual IRS).
