When I was 10, I was doing an obstacle course with my class, we were on the rope ladder when my shoelace caught on a hook.
I swung around out of control, knocking down 4 teachers and 10 friends, ultimately ending with me falling and doing the splits and partly landing in a blackberry bush.
Once when I was about 11 years old, my mom was babysitting some kids of a family friend, and we were all playing outside in the backyard. We decided to build bird nests, and then my dad said we should have a bird nest building contest. So we all built our nests on the rotting wooden picnic table. When we were all done, my dad said that the strongest nest would win. We weren't sure how he was going to test the nests to see if they were strong, and to our surprise, he banged his fist very hard on the table, the table broke in half, and the nests all fell down. I was the one that won, but still sorta just shocked that my dad had broke the picnic table in two. It's just one of my favorite funny moments, and I have tons, but that's one I really remember.
